Where strictly necessary, MIRIDIA SASU may interrupt a server for technical intervention or maintenance to improve its operation. The provider delivers professional-quality service with appropriate care and diligence, consistent with industry standards.
Article 5 — Right of withdrawal
Consumers within the meaning of French law benefit from a fourteen-day withdrawal period (Hamon law). A full refund is available within this period and processed by card or PayPal within fourteen days of the request. The request must be made in writing, accompanied by a copy of the account holder's ID. The client expressly agrees that execution of the service begins upon full payment validation; services already performed with the consumer's consent fall outside withdrawal protection.
